Product description

For the frame of the round Bumi wall mirror, sturdy rattan fibres are arranged in a radial shape. Experienced craftsmen first have to heat the rattan strongly so that it becomes flexible and workable. Thus, after a lengthy production process, a beautiful, eye-catching mirror is created.

Bumi is particularly practical in your home in the entrance area: it gives guests a great first impression when they enter your home and you can quickly check that your hair and make-up are in place before going out. The practical hook on the back makes it easy to attach the mirror to the wall.

Measurements & weight:

Diameter: 58 cm
Weight: 0,75 kg

Our products are artfully crafted individual pieces. They may vary slightly in size, color and shape due to the production by hand and natural variations in materials.Main material: Rattan

Our mirrors are made from plant fibers. They therefore wonderfully smell and feel like nature.

Rattan palms tend to grow in large numbers in dense forests, where they are considered invasive plants, taking up space from other plants and drawing many nutrients from the soil. The stems, which grow quickly without any chemical additives, have to be cut off regularly and can then be used as material for furniture and baskets after the drying process. This makes rattan an extremely sustainable material that is available in abundance.
